Police in Ibanda has discovered a dead body of a 30yr old man in a trench at Mpiira Street in Bufunda division Ibanda municipality.
The OC CID Ibanda police station ASP Susan Tumuramye only identified the deceased as Frank, a resident of Kitagwenda in Kamwenge district who is said to have been murdered by unknown people.
It is alleged that Frank was mentally disturbed and used to wander around Ibanda town.
According to the community Liaison Officer Ibanda district Sgt. John Bosco Mugimba, police will continue investigating until they arrest ruthless people who committed the act.
Meanwhile the body was taken to Ruhoko health center IV for postmortem while the relatives wait to take the body for the burial.
