Former Kawempe Muslim and Women’s league topscorer Sandra Nabweeteme looks to be perfecting her stricking exploits at her new home The Southwestern Oklohama state university.
The Crested Cranes striker was on form on Wednesday night sealing a hattrick as SWOSU smashed Randall university 11-0 in the third league game on Wednesday.
“I feel great as a player to get my first hat trick for the club within such a small time,” Sandra told ChimpSport immediately after the match. “I also made two assists to my team mates to score which shows how fast we are bonding as a team.”
Sandra was recently named the bulldog (soccer) player of the week after her fine performance capped with a brace against the southwest Baptist University (SBU).
She was later to receive “The Offensive Player of the Week Award” from Great American Conference.
“I really thank my coach sheila Persson for believing in me. And the teammates for the conducive environment all through that has helped me to settle in fast.”
SWOSU’s next game is on Friday against southwestern christian university.
