Uganda cranes continued preparations for the friendly match against Kenya and the crucial game against Comoros with training for the second day on Friday at the Kampala International School Uganda (KISU).
The team commenced with non residential training on Thursday that had a gym session at Paradise Fitness Planet Centre,Acacia mall and then had light drills at KISU.
The camp was on Friday boosted with Onduparaka duo of Rashid Toha and Muhammed Shaban who joined the other locally based players.
Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic,the cranes head coach put a lot of emphasis on creating goal scoring chances and attacks from wide areas. Vitalis Tabu,Vicent Kayizzi, Muhammed Shaban and Edrisa Lubega were employed on the flanks to lay up crosses for Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Nelson Ssenkatuka who were mainly used as the target men.
Training continues on Saturday evening with the team expected to shift base to Namboole stadium. The team is also expected to start residential training at Serene suits,Mutundwe.
