Jinja Secondary School have ejected Nakaseke International College to reach their first ever final of the national post primary school tournament.
In the game played at the all muddy arena stadium, Kitovu in Masaka, Jinja SS held their nerves to reach the finals.
Despite going down, Jinja SS surged up to level matters towards the end of the game and eventually advance on penalties.
Nakaseke International one of the sides that have been impressive throughout the tournament took the lead through Juma Ssewankambo at the death of the clock in the first half.
However, Jinja SS pilled pressure upon restart and eventually got the equaliser through an own goal towards the end of normal time.
The Eastern giants won the penalty shootout 3-1 to storm their first ever final in history.
Jinja SS will now wait to play the winner between Kibuli SS and St. Mary’s Kitende in the finals on Saturday at Masaka Recreation ground.
