A 27 year old woman in Rubanda district has been left by her husband after she gave birth to three healthy babies.
Nakisancia Kyompaire says she delivered the three babies a month and a half ago.
She says she delivered the first baby at Kaara Health Centre II and was referred to Mutolere Hospital in Kisoro district where she delivered the other two.
This is her second birth, she says; her eldest son is now 3 years old.
After delivering the triplets, Kyompaire says her husband Francis Sabiti fled the house without trace.
She says she is now being looked after his parents who have no income and that she and her babies is a remarkable burden to them.
Kyompaire says she approached the Rubanda District Woman MP Prossy Begumisa Akampurira for assistance who declined to help her saying that she had too many concerns to take care of.
