Traffic police detectives have commenced investigations into circumstances under which a Toyota Prado TX brand car swerved off Entebbe Road, killing popular pastor, Stephen Kaweesa and two others.
The car reportedly failed to break on a slope near Kaweesa’s Yesu Akwagala Church in Seguku thus overturning several times.
The Church identified the two Christian missionaries who perished in the accident as Scott Volz and Ed Pohlreich.
Attached to the U.S. based World Outreach Ministries Foundation, the duo was serving on the Ugandan church’s board of directors.
Ed Pohlreich has been serving the World Outreach Ministry Foundation for 27 years.

The incident which occurred Easter Monday has shocked the nation and raised concerns about the safety features of the Prado Tx brand cars.
“We are sad to announce the death of our beloved Pastors and members of the WOMF board,” Yesu Akwagala said in a brief statement.
